Return Policy
- We do not do exchanges for any product as of right now. If you ordered the wrong size please go ahead and return it and reorder the correct size. Sorry for any inconvenience. All downloadable sales are final.
- Clothing
We would be happy to return your clothing purchases as long as they have not been worn or been washed. All returns must happen within 30 days of receiving the item. All products that are returned washed, worn, or in poor condition will not be returned in its entirety. A fee will be taken to replace the damaged product. - Stickers
Unfortunately, we will not be able to return stickers. - CD / Vinyls
All CD's and Vinyls may be returned within 30 days as long as they have not been opened or damaged. Roses as Humans does not accept return for any downloaded music. All sales are final. - How do returns work?
In order to process your exchange we will need you to email rosesashumans@gmail.com.
You must include your Name, Order Number, and Reason for Return in the email.
Next you'll need to return the original item along with a printed copy of your email using a trackable insured shipping method. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us and all costs associated with the return shipment. If you do not obtain a tracking number and insurance we will not be able to confirm receipt and cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. Please ship all items to

Once your return arrives we will process your refund to your original payment method minus the $3.00 restocking fee. This process can take up to 10 business days depending on the volume of returns. If there are any issues we encounter (ie. PayPal won't accept payment) we will contact you via email.
